Account details you provide (names, phone numbers, emails, schedules, interests), call recordings and transcripts of companion calls, and summaries derived from them. The person receiving calls consents on their first call and may decline at any time.
Solely to provide the service: placing calls, remembering context between calls, sending family updates and reminders, and safety alerts. We never sell personal data. Recordings and stories belong to your family and can be exported or deleted on request.
Calls are carried by Twilio and processed by OpenAI; email by Google Workspace and Cloudflare; hosting by Hetzner; backups encrypted at rest with Cloudflare R2.
